Field Service
Our Forestry Field Service Technicians have the experience to quickly diagnose and repair your machines to get them back to work. Our advanced Service Trucks are outfitted with the latest tools, computers, and troubleshooting equipment to get your machines up and running as quickly as possible.
Shop Service
Triad Machinery has six service shops throughout the Pacific Northwest. These shops are equipped with overhead cranes and all the necessary forestry repair and service tooling. Whether you are dropping off your machine for general maintenance, or complete rebuild, our forestry service shops are ready to meet your needs.
The Triad Machinery Difference
Triad Machinery, Tigercat, Link-Belt Forestry, T-Mar and other allied vendors partner to Factory Train our Service Technicians. Triad Machinery monitors the Tigercat RemoteLOG Telematics System and the Link-Belt RemoteCARE System. These systems allow for customers and dealerships to access live diagnostic and maintenance information via satellite. The information can be used to help troubleshoot, aid in diagnostics, evaluate usage, load and location of the machine to name a few.
Triad Machinery employs more than 50 factory-trained shop and field service technicians, service managers, and shop foreman throughout the Pacific Northwest. With on-call service throughout the year, your forestry equipment will never sit idle for very long. Safety is the utmost importance to us, which is why we are a drug-free workplace and our personnel is strictly tested to meet and exceed all federal and state requirements. We also subject all of our employees to an extensive national background check before hire.
All of our facilities are certified to handle Tigercat, Link-Belt Forestry, T-MAR, Waratah and many other allied manufacturer’s warranty repair and maintenance work. We have multiple shop bays at all of our facilities, so regardless of machine size; we can handle your service needs. Service Training
Triad Machinery partners with Link-Belt Forestry, Tigercat and T-MAR to provide an extensive Technician Training Program. The Technician Training Program is designed and developed to meet the needs of our Technicians and to stay current with rapidly changing technology. The training consist of multi-tiered levels addressing everything from scheduled maintenance to advanced hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Includes the latest technology in engines, machine computer systems and on board satellite communication devices.
