Forest Machinery Overviews
On delivery day, Triad Machinery will send a technician, territory manager, and manufacturer representative when available. Our technician will do a machine overview or orientation for the customer or whoever they have on-site to operate the equipment.
This usually involves an actual walk around the machine, highlighting grease points, maintenance items, and other important areas. Depending on the experience of the operator, we’ll also point out changes or differences from other machines the operator previously operated. If needed, we’ll adjust machine controls and performance to match their preference.
We want to make sure that you’re not only happy with the purchase but that you or your operator have a full understanding of how to work the equipment. What’s the point of having the best machinery if you don’t know how to use it? That includes any technological advances, including RemoteCARE, Grade Control, RemoteLog, and more.

All of our equipment undergoes an intense Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before being delivered to your job site. We’ll be sure fluids, connection points, panels, monitors, and more will be at the proper levels and at factory presets. Once at the worksite, we can make the adjustments to meet your operational needs.
