Welding Fabrications
With our extensive knowledge of Link-Belt cranes and other heavy-duty machinery, our certified teams know the equipment inside and out. In some cases, aftermarket parts or accessories are required to increase the versatility or usefulness of the crane. Many times this requires metal fabrications.
An understanding of crane design requirements coupled with our welding fabrication capabilities allows us to perform spot repairs or manufacture custom pieces for industrial applications. Welding Fabrication Services
- Structural Repairs – Our welding fabricators will reinforce cracked booms or breaks within the frame.
- Safety Gear – Fabrication of additional guarding around cabs, doors, corner guards, and belly pans for additional protection, and railings for catwalks.
- Resurfacing – After extensive use, buckets, grapple tongs, and other parts can get worn in specific areas. Our fabricators will apply hard-facing to reinforce these areas.
- Pin Bores – Repairing bores that are worn, damaged, or otherwise failing via welding and line-boring.
