Welding & Fabrication Services
Triad Machinery metal fabrication welders have years of experience working with heavy forestry equipment, whether it’s reinforcing existing panels or making the machines more versatile. Here are a few of the fabrication services we offer at any one of our six locations throughout Oregon and Washington:
Structural Repairs – If there are cracks, breaks, and other imperfections along the boom, frames, or other areas, our welding repairs will reinforce the area to make it more durable and prolong the life of your equipment.
Resurfacing – After logging thousands of hours in the field, grapples, felling heads, delimbers, and other attachments can get worn in critical areas. Triad Machinery can resurface and apply hard-facing to make these parts more durable.
Pin Bores – After continual use, critical bores can become worn, damaged, elongated, and more. Through welding fabrications, Triad Machinery reinforces those bores on both the machinery and attachments.
Safety Gear – Although many newer models of forestry equipment come equipped with safety features, such as guarding packages, other modifications may be needed to make the operation safer. This includes additional guarding around the cabs, adding rails, and reinforcing the doors, belly pans, and other panels in new and used equipment.
Many of these welding modifications can be performed in the field, reducing downtime and keeping you on schedule. Our fully-outfitted service trucks are designed to take care of a wide range of services at the job site.
