Celebrating 30 Years!

Triad Machinery 30th Anniversary

This year marks the 30th year of Triad Machinery, the authorized dealer of Link-Belt, LBC, Tigercat, and other heavy equipment brands in the Pacific Northwest. This is a testament not only to the partnerships we’ve formed with the manufacturers but the relationships we’ve forged with our clients.

We’d like to take a moment to thank our customers, partners, distributors, vendors, and the very industries we all work in for giving us the opportunity to serve your construction, crane, and forestry needs. We truly wouldn’t be celebrating 30 years if not for you.

Giving Back to the Community

Triad Machinery believes strongly in the communities we work in and have made a point to become more involved with our neighbors in each of our six locations. Whether it’s through civic organizations, industry associations, organizing conferences, and more, we are proud to become part of the very communities we serve.

From working with 4H clubs to sponsoring sports teams to presenting festivals and industry conferences, Triad is working hard to become one with the people we work with. It also gives us an opportunity to empower and elevate women within the industry as well as introduce the loggers, project managers, and material handlers of tomorrow to a glimpse of their future.

We’ve even managed to field a bowling team or two and attend golf tournaments in the areas we’re located. Because as much as the communities in Washington and Oregon have supported us, we would not have reached this milestone without our employees. A special thanks goes out to Team Triad and joining us in celebrating 30 years.

The History of Triad Machinery

Although Triad Machinery opened its doors in 1992, you could say our history has roots that are more than a century old. In 1912, the Howard-Cooper Corporation was born as a horse-drawn construction machinery manufacturer. As technology advanced, the company expanded its equipment line to include the logging and mining industries.

In 1991, Link-Belt (LBCE) was formed, and a year later, Triad Machinery was formed as a partnership with LBCE. Originally, Triad Machinery had four locations: Portland, Eugene, Seattle, and Spokane). In 2001, LBCE bought Triad Machinery, and in the following years two more locations, Prineville OR and Mt. Vernon WA, were opened.

Today, Triad Machinery is a leader in new and used heavy equipment, renting machinery, and providing unmatched customer service. Our service technicians, both at our locations and in the field, are factory trained and certified and our parts and attachment inventories can’t be beaten.

It’s been our honor to serve your community for the last 30 years and we look forward to the next 30 years. By keeping pace with the technological advancements of each industry, but still retaining the tried and true processes of the past, know that Triad Machinery is here for all of your crane, construction, and forestry equipment needs.
