Shop Service
Triad Machinery has six service shops throughout the Pacific Northwest. These shops are equipped with overhead cranes and all the necessary excavator repair tooling. Whether you are dropping off an excavator for general maintenance, additional guarding packages or a complete rebuild, our service shops are ready to meet your needs.
Service Training
Triad Machinery partners with Link-Belt Excavators to offer Technician Service Training Program. The Link-Belt Technician Training Program is designed and developed to meet the needs of technicians that work on Link-Belt Excavators, Hydraulics, Electrical along with training of Isuzu Engine Factory service (Tier 3, 4a and 4).

Triad Machinery employs more than 50 factory-trained shop and field service technicians, service managers, and shop foreman throughout the Pacific Northwest. With on-call service throughout the year, your construction equipment will never sit idle for very long. Safety is the utmost importance to us, which is why we are a drug-free workplace and our personnel is strictly tested to meet and exceed all federal and state requirements. We also subject all of our employees to an extensive national background check before hire.
