Field Service
Our expert crane technicians have the experience to perform many repairs, services, and maintenance in the field. This saves time and transportation costs and lessens the amount of downtime. Our trucks are fully equipped with the resources to diagnose issues and perform repair work.
Shop Service
With six locations located around the Pacific Northwest, you’re never too far away from a Triad Machinery shop. Although many service calls can be done in the field, there are times when overhead cranes and other equipment are needed for maintenance or repair. In either case, you’re covered with Triad Machinery.
Service Training From Triad Machinery
Triad Machinery partners with Link-Belt Cranes to offer a Preferred Technician Service Training Program. The Link-Belt Preferred Technician Training Program (PTTP) is designed and developed to meet the needs of technicians that work on Link-Belt Cranes.
The training consists of 8 courses which are grouped into two levels.
We also provide options for Boom Inspections and Welding training. We cover Link-Belt Preferred Training information, General Lube & Maintenance, Crane Nomenclature, and Link-Belt Crane Operating Safety. If you are interested in our crane technician program, contact your crane sales rep today!
Level 1:
Basics (Online): Training in Hydraulic, Electrical, and Mechanical.
Level 2:
General Knowledge & Skills (Link-Belt Factory): Telescopic, All-Terrain & Hydraulic Truck Crane, Large Rough Terrain, Telescopic Crawler Crane, and Lattice Crawler.
